Visible Foundation, the Trustee of Visible’s pooled trusts, is a Delaware 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit established in 2021. Within the broad category of charitable nonprofits, Visible Foundation is further defined as a 509(a)(2), which means it generates income by providing services related to its mission. Visible Foundation is responsible for managing Visible National Trust and is governed by a Board of Directors. The enterprise business model for Visible’s pooled trusts separates trust governance from trust administration, creating a stable corporate and oversight structure designed to endure regardless of operational or vendor changes.
